Tyler Casey is a General Partner of IronHarbor Capital Partners and the founder of Pro X Property Management, a vertically integrated real estate operating platform managing more than 2,000 residential units across Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, and Florida. Tyler is responsible for IronHarbor’s overall investment strategy, acquisitions, capital markets, and operational oversight.
Over the past decade, Tyler has built and scaled a fully integrated ecosystem spanning property management, construction, maintenance, leasing, and brokerage services. This platform was developed specifically to acquire and reposition distressed and underperforming residential assets in secondary and tertiary markets where operational execution is critical to success.
Tyler has directly overseen the acquisition, stabilization, and disposition of thousands of residential units, with a focus on driving operational alpha through vacancy reduction, rent optimization, disciplined capital expenditure programs, and cost controls. His experience managing complex turnaround situations and scaling local teams across multiple markets forms the foundation of IronHarbor’s vertically integrated investment model.
As General Partner, Tyler ensures alignment between investors and operations by maintaining direct control over asset management, property management strategy, and construction execution through GP-controlled operating partners.
Jesse Ahearn is a General Partner of IronHarbor Capital Partners and brings a unique combination of real estate ownership experience and institutional-grade asset management discipline to the platform. Jesse is also the owner of a Pro X Property Management franchise managing approximately 400 residential units in Springfield, Missouri, and personally owns and operates a portfolio of more than 100 residential units.
Prior to his involvement with IronHarbor and Pro X, Jesse spent years managing high-value assets and operations at Pacific Coast Jets, where he oversaw private aircraft management for high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. This role required strict financial discipline, regulatory compliance, vendor oversight, and real-time operational decision-making — skills that translate directly to institutional real estate asset management.
At IronHarbor, Jesse is responsible for asset-level execution, operational performance, and risk management across the portfolio. He plays a key role in ensuring assets are maintained to institutional standards, budgets are enforced, and operating efficiencies are continuously improved throughout the hold period.
Jesse’s combination of hands-on real estate ownership, operational leadership, and high-stakes asset management experience strengthens IronHarbor’s ability to execute complex value-add strategies with discipline and consistency.
